Ok here is a fun one…the top 10 dumbest female celebrities. The list is purely opinion and pokes fun at some female celebrities that have had some embarrasing moments in the public eye in regards to intelligence. Much of this list is based off dumb comments that the female celebrities have made in the past and the stupid things that they have done. 
1. Jessica Simpson
Jessica tops our list because she always seems to be confused when put in front of a microphone. Nerves? Maybe…but we think it’s something else.

2. Britney Spears
#1 and #2 on this list are probably interchangeable, but you get the point. There is no shortage of dumb Britney moments over time.

Tara is another celebrity that always seems to be confused and just not quite right in the noggin.
